Transmission Dynamics, New Office and Workshop Development
Information:
Planning has been approved for the proposed new offices and workshop facility to be developed and
occupied by Transmission Dynamics in Cramlington. The development will comprise the creation of new office
space over two floors surrounding the ground floor open plan workshop area, with extensive hard and soft
landscaping to the rest of the site. Outline procurement information is listed below:
- Procurement route will be Single stage D&B
- Form of contract is JCT Design and Build 2016, with amendments
- Shortlist of 4 contractors will receive the complete tender pack following the review of the expression of interest returns
- Proposed start on site date is June 2021.
- Construction budget is circa £2.8million
